These terms and conditions will apply to all Pet Portraits and any other transactions made through this site or any site associated with Becky Sandy Pet Portraits. Please read carefully before placing any order.

By using this site you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment
Commission orders will be confirmed by invoice, however they are only formally accepted upon payment of a 50% minimum initial payment due on approval of the initial sketch. Full payment is due on completion of the commission and no items will be posted out prior to receiving this.

Payment can be made via PayPal or Credit/Debit card through the guidance given in the PayPal invoice that will be sent to your email address.

Shipping
Once approval is received for the completed portrait, it will be sent out as soon as the full balance has been paid. Items will not be shipped without full payment. All items are shipped first class tracked Royal Mail and will be sent in protective packaging. For any larger deliveries, Collect+ will be used. This service is also available for all portraits on request. Please get in touch if you haven’t received your item within 5 days of notice of shipment. Delivery will be sent to the address on your order unless otherwise advised.

Returns and Refunds
I hope you will be happy with the painting you receive however if anything is wrong please get in touch. As a general rule, full refunds are not applicable. This is because throughout the process I will get your approval on sketch and painting stages so the finished product should be something you are happy with. Adjustments will be made to a portrait until a customer is happy with it without additional charge, within reason.

If for any reason you receive your painting and are not happy with it however, I would be happy to offer a 50% refund on return of the portrait in its original condition. Unfortunately I am unable to refund any portraits that are returned damaged unless they were received in that condition. Please retain proof of postage for any items returned. 

If you receive your painting damaged due to packaging etc., please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the portrait. I will be happy to refund your purchase upon photo evidence of the complaint, or to reproduce the portrait for you if you prefer.

Pricing
Prices are as per current published price on this site (www.beckysandyartist.com) including listed additional charges for extras such as multiple pets and framing. For non-standard commissions, a price will be discussed and agreed with the customer in advance and invoiced for confirmation. This will stand as the price for the commission covering any small amendments, to a reasonable extent. Large changes to the commission may incur extra charges but will be clarified in advance.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are redeemable for a portrait of the value of the voucher or as partial payment towards a portrait of higher value, however they are not redeemable for cash.

Reproduction and publishing rights for all artwork remain with Becky Sandy and images must not be copied, reproduced or published in any form without her express written permission.

The customer agrees that images of commissioned artwork and reference photographs may be used by the artist for promotional purposes but will not be printed or reproduced. Any commissions rejected for any reason may be used for promotion, reprinting, sale or any other purposes.
